How can I tell if my Chanel purse is fake?

My Chanel purse is black with chains that have the C’s on them. It says: CHANEL and MADE IN FRANCE on the inside. It came with a booklet and a card that says ‘signed by Chanel’. The booklet contains instructions on how to take care of it and clean it. It also says it’s lined with 24K gold. It was $250 but the owner sold it to me for $90 (Canadian). Please let me know what you think.
Actually my purse does come with a serial number and it says it’s real leather. But I’m only a teenager so it’s all G with me if it’s not real, I was just wondering if maybe it is real. =] I do know that Chanel purses run up to $6,000, I just wanted an opinion.

For that price, most likely.
But what does it matter really?
Sure fakes are bad but when like 80% of all chanel bags are fake you wont be getting a low quality fake for that price.
